Ruth Brown Elementary School – “Our Amazing Oceans”

Took the long drive to Blythe to do two presentations at Ruth Brown Elementary School! What a great time we had! Lots of really excited 6th graders just overflowing with energy! They had questions already written out for The Fin Foundation since they had done some prep work before hand on the ocean! We spent a lot of time with each group and then spent time at the end going over some of the questions… Special treat as we were able to show them a reindeer hide also (not exactly a marine mammal, but it is Christmas time so…) We will hopefully be able to set up additional presentations as we continue to reach out to schools traditionally skipped due to being a little out of the way!
